MX Endurance camps offer you the perfect opportunity to meet and train with a diverse group of like-minded people. All sessions will be led by MX Endurance coaches.
The training will only be half the fun. Aside from group meals and catch-ups, get involved with live recordings of The MX Endurance Podcast and get inside access to the biggest names in the sport as we present our World Championship event coverage from St. George.
Arrive in St. George on Saturday April 30th and get ready for a week of training, tri chat and good times.
Check out the swim course for the Ironman World Championship, ride through the valleys in and around St. George and run the toughest parts of the run course all without the pressure of racing on the weekend.
Keep your eyes peeled around town for all the biggest names and get a front row seat as we record daily interviews with the pro athletes in town for the MX Endurance Podcast.
Enjoy eating out with a big group to debrief about the day’s activities, speculate on who might win on the weekend and talk about who put in the best performances on the day.
Watch both races unfold and get in some good training as you see the best athletes in the world put it all on the line for the biggest titles in the sport.
The weather in St. George can be a bit all over the place so it is best to pack for all conditions. Open water swimming is set to have cooler water temperatures so definitely bring a wetsuit if you can.
This camp requires you to make your own way to and from the camp. St. George is approximately a 2-hour drive from Las Vegas and there is also a regional airport with domestic flights available. Once signed up, you can also arrange to travel with other people attending the camp.
Meals are not included in the camp and there is no pressure for you to attend team meals either. We will however try and make the meals as fun and sociable as possible.
We prefer to allow everyone to book accommodation that they are comfortable with. Once you confirm you are coming you can also try and find some other MX members to share your accommodation.
While this camp will provide some levels of support you are still expected to carry everything you need to be self-sufficient. This means enough spare inner tubes, CO2 canisters and nutrition to get yourself through every ride. If you are unsure whether to bring something it is probably best to bring it.
This is an inclusive camp which means we will have options for athletes of all levels. You are still expected to come to the camp with basic levels of skill and fitness. If you do not know how to ride a bike or cannot ride 20km then this camp may not be suitable for you.

There’s no default amount of calories for everyone, since each person’s physical structure, metabolism and lifestyle are different.
Accurate distances in triathlon are important. But PB's shouldn't be the ultimate goal for enjoying the sport.
Triathletes no longer have to race in running singlets and budgie smugglers.
